Lavender Simple Syrup- Sugar
Add 1-1.5 c of water (1.5 best for sugar-free) and kit contents to a saucepan. Pour a bit of the water into the bottle to loosen any pieces stuck inside.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, then continue boiling for 5 min.
Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 10 min.
Remove from heat. Steep for 15 min.
Strain, cool, and add a splash of lemon juice.
Transfer to kit container.
Refrigerate for several hours/overnight.
Keep refrigerated.
Lavender Simple Syrup- Sugar-Free
Syrup will have a deep golden hue.
Set aside bud packet.
Add 1-1.5 cup(s) of water and sweetener to a saucepan. Pour a bit of the water into the bottle to loosen any pieces stuck inside.
Stir over medium heat until dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add reserved flowers to pan and steep for 15 min.
Strain, cool, and add a splash of lemon juice
Transfer to kit container
Refrigerate for several hours/overnight.
Keep refrigerated




Lavender Lemonade - Made Fresh (the only way)
1 full cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, about 6+ lemons (do not use concentrate).
1/2 to 3/4 cup Lavender Simple Syrup. Start with 1/2 cup and add more to taste. You may also add plain sugar in addition to the syrup.
4 cups of cold water.
Stir well.
Pour over ice to serve.
Keep refrigerated.
