Lavender Simple Syrup- Sugar

  • Add 1-1.5 c of water (1.5 best for sugar-free) and kit contents to a saucepan. Pour a bit of the water into the bottle to loosen any pieces stuck inside.

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, then continue boiling for 5 min.

  • Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 10 min.

  • Remove from heat. Steep for 15 min.

  • Strain, cool, and add a splash of lemon juice.

  • Transfer to kit container.

  • Refrigerate for several hours/overnight.

  • Keep refrigerated.

Lavender Simple Syrup- Sugar-Free
Syrup will have a deep golden hue.

  • Set aside bud packet.

  • Add 1-1.5 cup(s) of water and sweetener to a saucepan. Pour a bit of the water into the bottle to loosen any pieces stuck inside.

  • Stir over medium heat until dissolved. Do not boil.

  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Add reserved flowers to pan and steep for 15 min.

  • Strain, cool, and add a splash of lemon juice

  • Transfer to kit container

  • Refrigerate for several hours/overnight.

  • Keep refrigerated

Lavender Lemonade - Made Fresh (the only way)

  • 1 full cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, about 6+ lemons (do not use concentrate).

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Lavender Simple Syrup. Start with 1/2 cup and add more to taste. You may also add plain sugar in addition to the syrup.

  • 4 cups of cold water.

  • Stir well.

  • Pour over ice to serve.

  • Keep refrigerated.
